Robodog FINAL
















































Robodog modified to address geometry penetrations, foot skinning, leg length, leg stretch, and a bunch of other fun problems.

  3. Awesome. What sort of materials will he be? It looks like there are opportunities to vary the materials some, and he'll be more interesting if he's not 100% shiny plastic. It would be best to make some of those decisions before you finalize your uv layout, so you can group similar materials together.

  4. Thanks for the comments everyone! We've been discussing shaders, and they will most likely be a cross between this and this.

    More specifically, we're thinking about a brushed metal/metallic plastic for the large areas, a very shiny darker blue plastic for the accent pieces and a slightly frosted see-through glass dome for the upper head piece.
